Hard Landscape Plan
- technical, to scale layout plan demonstrating details of hard landscape features and materials for paving arrangements, edgings, walls, boundaries etc. This will allow obtaining of competitive quotes from contractors, and ensure the chosen contractor is aware of the exact design specification required to avoid any misinterpretations.
Planting Plan
- to scale plan demonstrating precise locations of all planting (trees, shrubs, perennial arrangements) with plant shedule demonstrating plant varieties, pot size and quantities to ensure ease of ordering and accurate installation.
Detailing of Bespoke Features
- to scale cross sectional detailing demonstrating technical information for construction of any bespoke features designed e.g. pergolas, arbours, raised beds, fixed seating. These will be approved by the chosen contractor to ensure best practice.
As a plant and design specialist, I am able to provide all of the below as a comprehensive package to ensure your requirements and objectives are met to deliver a final scheme that is unique to you and of optimum standard. I can offer individual items if you require e.g. a planting plan for an existing garden layout or a master plan alone.
Installation
- i can supply and install the planting elements of the scheme if you wish whilst project managing the construction of the entire scheme with the chosen lanscape contractor.
Maintenance Plans
- easy to interpret schedule of tasks required to maintain your new garden for you to use personally or to ensure your chosen gardener follows best practice.
Maintenance with ongoing Development
- i provide a garden maintenance service to existing gardens where you require expertise to develop and improve the scheme such as rearranging of existing plants and borders, adding new varieties or features.
